Great location, convenient for transportation, markets, restaurants, attractions. Helpful and polite staff, especially the night shift man. Delicious breakfast and excellent service. Comfortable and modern room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was absolutely fantastic, with excellent facilities such as a coffee and tea maker and a very comfortable sitting area. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and even surprised us with a room upgrade and a bottle of prosecco for my partner's birthday. The location of this place is also great, with a tram stop right in front and the town center just a short distance away. The breakfast provided was delicious with a wide selection of fresh products, and we even received two free Basel cards which allowed for free public transport and discounts on museum entrance.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a very pleasant surprise at Pullman. The hotel may not look like much from the outside, but the staff at the reception made me feel welcome immediately, even though I arrived quite late. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. The breakfast was different in a nice and personal way. I had more than I expected from a city hotel in terms of value for money.

The hotel had a great location, close to many attractions and restaurants. We were able to easily walk to the old town and the river. Plus, they provided us with a tram pass, made getting around even easier. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff. They gave us great recommendations on what to see and do in the city.

The room was disappointing. The beds were uncomfortable as they were two single beds pushed together, which resulted in us rolling into the middle throughout the night.
